PCC Expands with New Accommodation Room for 118 People

In a momentous announcement, the Parksville Community Centre is proud to unveil its latest expansion project, which promises to bring even more opportunities for community gatherings, events, and celebrations. Thanks to its staff and volunteers’ hard work and dedication, the centre has successfully transformed two smaller rooms into one spacious accommodation area capable of hosting up to 118 people.Today, we are delighted to share this fantastic news with our community.

Duane Round, the president of the Parksville Community Centre, is thrilled to make this announcement. “This expansion has been a labour of love for everyone involved,” Round enthusiastically expressed. “We are committed to enhancing the experience of our members and the wider Parksville community. This newly opened room is a testament to that commitment.”

The transformation involved removing a dividing wall between two smaller rooms, creating a versatile space that can accommodate a wide range of events and gatherings. Whether planning a wedding reception, a community meeting, a corporate seminar, or any other special occasion, the Parksville Community Centre now offers a perfect setting to host your event. “We understand the importance of having a versatile space that can cater to the diverse needs of our community,” remarked Round. “This expansion is not just about creating more room; it’s about strengthening the bonds within our community by providing a space for people to come together, celebrate, and collaborate.”
