Meeting Room Details

Room 109 (East) has a tv and projector screen, with an occupancy of 59 theater style, round table seating for 36, classroom table for 40, and large square seating for 30;

Room 110 (West) has a tv, an occupancy of 59 theater style, round table seating for 36, classroom table for 40, and large square seating for 30;

Room 111 can be rented for setting up a buffet for room 110 or can be included when renting the kitchen;

Kitchen 112 has a stove, commercial dish washer, refrigeration and a serving area, as well as availability for renting dishes and coffee/tea equipment and is certified by VIHA;

Room 113, the lounge, offers tables for cards and other games, a tv, and an occupancy 40 theater style;

Combined Rooms 117/118 or the Main Hall is 1250sf and has an occupancy of 118 people;

Room 119 /Elder College has a large TV at 950 sf and is available when not in use by Elder College;

Room 119 and 120 are 810 sf and include a 140 sf office and an 315 sf common area with a washroom and storage area. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible with separate entrances. Capacity is 59 people per room.

banquet seating capacity for 36,
large square/u-shaped table seating capacity for 30, a main hall seating capacity for 118
4 small offices where businesses and organizations can meet with their patients/clients/customers
1 small board room for meetings of approximately 10 people
1 kitchen facility and banquet serving area adjacent to one of our largest meeting rooms

2 Hour Minimum Booking (Monday-Friday to 5 pm);

Daily Rate is a Maximum of 12 hours,
(An additional hourly rate will be charged for bookings that exceed 12 hours);

Not-For-Profit given 10% off total cost before taxes;
All rentals include free wifi;

Coffee and snacks service can be provided at a cost;

Catering can be done through outside caterers of the renter’s choice. Setup / takedown fee includes tables, chairs and clean-up discount rates for nonprofits.
