Duane Round Community Room Dedication

We are deeply honoured to invite our community to a very special event.

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the Parksville Community Centre will dedicate the Duane Round Community Room — formerly our Main Hall (the combined Rooms 117 and 118) — in honour of the late Duane Christopher Round — a man who gave decades of his life to the people of Parksville and the Oceanside region.

Duane’s legacy of service, inclusion, and affordable housing advocacy will live on in this room and in all who gather here.
