“Recycle BC is excited to continue to offer pop-up recycling events in early 2026 for residents of Parksville, Qualicum Beach, and surrounding areas through our partnership with the PCCS,” said Brendan McShane, Director, Collection, Recycle BC. “These events offer a closer recycling solution for depot-only materials, mixed paper, and cardboard and will help keep these materials out of the landfill and our environment.”
