Hello!!

I’m so excited to be coming to Parksville to share some songs and stories with you. I’ll be coming through with my partner Kris Ulrich. We’ll be playing as a duo for the first time, testing out some songs from my new album we just finished making together in our home studio. And of course, we’ll be playing a bunch of material that’s already been released too.

You can find links to listen to my music, social media channels and music videos here: https://linktr.ee/cassidymann

A little more about me:

I’m from Winnipeg, MB. My music balances indie pop, rock and country influences. Think Sheryl Crow / Michelle Branch / Phoebe Brigders. I’ve been writing songs for as long as I can remember and that’s my favourite part of the whole musical process. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than sitting down to write a song. I can’t wait to share with you the magic behind how I find that happens.

On my dad’s side, I’m Anishinaabe from Sagkeeng First Nation on Treaty One Territory. On my mom’s side I’m Swedish + mixed European. My heritage and mixed background influences my music in a lot of ways; themes of nature, of identity, of trying to find yourself or feeling lonely.

This is my first ever Home Routes tour! I hope together we can make this evening fun and memorable. Thank you so much for welcoming me into your space and giving my music a chance to be heard. I appreciate it more than you know. See you soon!!
