Topic: Journey through the Chakras.
Join us for an interactive journey through the Chakras.
In this introductory evening we will explore the Root chakra and its physical, emotional and spiritual influence in our early development and throughout our lives.
We will gather and connect in a sensually immersive environment, including colour, sound, scents and tastes, that will support Root chakra balance and healing. We will practice affirmations, gentle Tai chi movements, meditation and breath work, journaling and light art therapy.
This session and subsequent course are designed for all who wish to feel more grounded and secure in their world. Mental states of lack and survival mode are illusions of separation and fear.
We are here to connect, LOVE, share and thrive. Together, we move into the truth of Oneness and Abundance.
Please bring a journal or notebook and favorite writing instrument, a comfortable cushion or pillow for seating (chairs will also be available for anyone who chooses) and red and black pens, crayons, or pencil crayons for our creative practice. It will also be beneficial to wear items of red clothing, black and brown are also beneficial.
We will be offering herbal tea that supports the Root as well a healthy, grounding snacks.
Please bring your own favorite mug or cup.

Speaker bio,
I grew up in Ontario. My father’s passing 14 years ago was the beginning of my awakening. I came to BC 7 years ago with a desire to live a simple and sustainable life of meaning and happiness. I was drawn and led to Errington, specifically Englishman River Falls. I was finally home. I became fascinated with chakras about a year after moving when I began experiencing sciatic pain in connection with family separation and stress over my financial future. In the summer of 2017, I chose to free myself from imposed timelines, soulless jobs, capitalism and inner conflict and I gave myself permission to pursue my joys; painting and exploring and Being. I have never looked back. In the last year I have returned to my passion of teaching, and I began offering healing touch massage by donation or free of charge. I am living my dream. I believe that we are creators, that the world is a beautiful and magical place.
I believe in Love.
