Chair Yoga, Lead by Sol: A PCCS Program
Chair yoga is a wonderful practice for every body, suitable for beginners and seniors.
This weekly activity will be suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. If you’re looking for an alternative to traditional floor yoga while getting the same benefits, look no further. Chair Yoga at the Parksville Community Centre will be a great way to gently stretch and strengthen key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body’s limits. It will be a wonderful practice for beginners, seniors or people working with injuries.
